Aluminium design support in offshore and marine

Aluminium is an emerging material in offshore and marine construction. We provide specialist design support and manufacture solutions that are used mainly in structural applications, such as floors, framework, housing modules and helipads.

Extrusion technologies

You can order machined, pre-assembled and finished components that meet your requirements, using our extrusion technology and friction stir welding techniques.

Friction stir welding

With the use of friction stir welding, we can join profiles into panels up to 18 meters long and 3.5 meters wide – giving the word component a whole new meaning.

These aluminium solutions are fire-resistant, strong and durable. In areas with special fire classes, like A60, protective materials such as mineral wool or ceramic fibers are used. Other advantages include:
